Aldayna Maintenance

Marble countertops were polished and sealed at the end of Jan 2021. With in weeks, there were new water marks and streaks that we didn't have after 8 years owning these countertops! We attempted to reach out multiple times to come back and fix it, but no one is returning our calls. It's been months of us attempting to reach out. This is so unprofessional!

Doesn't look any different than before I paid $475 + tax minus the $20.00 coupon discount that I told them I was taking. The two guys Paul sent were there for about an hour, maybe a little less. The small crevices that we're there are still there. The dull spots that I thought were water spots because of cleaning over the years are still there. Truly doesn't look any different than before they came. I didn't watch what they did, but, it almost seems like they did nothing accept take my check. Do some more research before you throw away your money.

We gave Paul a delicate marble table top that not only needed TLC, but heavy cleaning and buffing to bring it back to life. We gave Paul the table top like it was our child, reluctantly handing it over for fear of what might happen to it. We got it back very quickly and to our amazement, the marble table top looked immaculate. It glistened, new colors shown through that we hadn't really seen before and it magically attracted the eye to it like never before.

We're really happy with Paul and Aldayna, the quality of work and the speed they deliver it in. We'd recommend them to anyone for anything related to making your stone look like new again.

I hate writing reviews but my bad experience with this company warrants one. I was looking for a local marble restoration service to "restore" my shower wall that has some fissures where soap scums get stuck and I was very concerned that it would get bigger overtime and get molds inside. So I found this company through google search. At first, they were easy to deal with being a new client.

The owner, Paul, came to my place the next day to give me a quote. I explained my main concern and everything that I wanted to get done so he could give me an accurate quote and he said all of my concern would be addressed. I also had them serviced (honed, polished and sealed) my kitchen countertop and bathroom floor and sink. When his guys came on the day of service and I started to explain the same things I told Paul, from kitchen countertop to bathroom, most words I heard from them were "that is not included, that is extra" even after I informed them that I was told by Paul otherwise.

They polished my kitchen countertop but excluded all the edges and corners and backsplash, basically just the top of the counter. My stainless kitchen sink also is now cloudy as the guy used it to wash his pads with whatever solution they had. In the bathroom, basically they also just polished the floor and excluded cove base and tub lip (not even cleaned or sealed).

And the worst part was, they did not put a filler in the fissures so its still open, and did not replace old caulking around my tub that is already peeling which I was promised by Paul would be included. I did not ask him to do this for free, thats why when I asked for quote, I mentioned everything I wanted done so its either he was not listening and he did not include it in the price or he did not communicate it with his guys and I was quoted for everything but did not receive the work as I paid.

And somehow, the chemical they used in the shower got in my tub so now it lost its shine and doesn't feel smooth anymore even after I cleaned it several times. I mentioned to Paul the same day and he said he would talk to his guys and they would be back somehow. I had to email few times and included pictures before he answered and said they would be back as soon as they a have "a break" in their schedule.

Its already been a month and never heard again. Clearly, this company does not take customer satisfaction seriously. Very disappointing! So if you are looking for a good marble restoration company with good customer service, beware of this one.

Greta service! These guys took 12 year old granite countertops and a marble floor that had not been worked on in 12 years and made them look like new.

Unreliable scheduling, they couldn't keep appointments. However, once they showed up, they did good work and cleaned up after they were done.

When we setup the apt with Paul (owner) he said we were 2nd apt of the day, when we waited hours with no call waiting.finally we called Paul and then the guys showed up close to 2pm Then guys showed up, I was expecting a 3-step process as we had consulted with Paul 1) clean 2) seal 3) polish when the guys were done sealing they were packing to leave.they then told us that the 3rd step was not needed and would yield no results. Well, I had my husband call Paul with no answer (he never returned our call) I told them I was not paying, then a 3rd guy showed up and started polishing our counters!

I thought this was a reputable service, once the guys finished polishing it provided a bit better results BUT for $600 I expected much more was disappointed. I do not recommend this service, do not keep your hopes up high. We are still waiting on Paul to call us back, what customer service for someone who has been in business for many years. I guess they got the money so they have moved on, this has been a learning experience for us. I think we could DIY and gotten the same results as least we would've saved $600 and it would look as owner did it themselves versus a professional service.

The staff and crew of Aldayna is professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Their work is done well, they clean up after themselves, and are mindful of your home.

Unreliable. Horrible scheduling - they kept changing the appointment time to meet their schedule. Wasted two days waiting at home for them to show up. Find someone else!

Mr Paul, the refund that I received was because of error in the bill, in fact, you did not refund me for the extra tax that I paid from the original wrong amount of bill. Also, even though I signed completion form, I followed up with you about my concern that you acknowledged but you never addressed. I would not stress myself reaching out to you. If you care about customer satisfaction, it should have been addressed right away. As you can see the rest of the reviews here, your company has poor service and customer satisfaction.

Not happy with the results. We hired this company to repair 2 small cracks in our granite counter top. We were told they also would need to polish and seal all our counter tops and quoted $500+. I really didn't need polishing and sealing as we do this ourselves but I figured if they could make the cracks go away then it would be worth it. Well, they filled the cracks with filler that doesn't even match the color of the counter top.

One crack was 1 above the other and yet they seemed to use two different filler colors, neither of which match the counter top and now are even more noticeable. I assumed they would wet sand the cracks after filling them too which they apparently did not. Both cracks have sharp edges. It was amateurish at best. And to top it off I can't even tell if they polished all the counter tops because they look no different.

I had a new bar installed in my house. The top we had put in was more of a soap stone then your traditional granite. My wife and I loved our new bar top until the first time we had people over. The soap stone absorbed any spit liquor including the red wine. Our bar top was ruined. We called Alydayna and spoke to the owner Paul. He came out the next day to asess the situation.

He told us not wot worry that he would be able to save the bar top and get the stains out. That weeks his crew showed up, they wet sanded the bar top and got all the stains out, including the red wine. He then sealed the bar top and not only does it look better than new, by bar top is now stain proof. He was able to turn a costly problem (getting a new bar top) in to a very very cost effective solution. I suggest to anyone if you have any stained stone, grout or Marble, give Paul a call he will make it like brand new!

I would not recommend this company. They are very expensive. They did the work and when I went in to clean up the dust, I saw that there was residue left around my faucets from whatever they used to clean the marble. I called and emailed and my phone call was never returned. I now have to live with this residue on my marble. Also my the sander (or whatever they use to refinish the marble) loosened my sink, so I needed to get someone in to repair that. I wish I had looked at the reviews on here first, I would not recommend them.

Called Paul for an estimate, his first estimate was double what I paid as he started off very high. We finally agreed on a price and he started the work 3 weeks after taking a deposit. I got my stone floors, counter tops, bathroom floors, counters and shower, we also got our water fountain wall honed, polished and sealed as well. Not only did they not complete the job, they damaged my shower, ruined my counter top to where the stone is chipped, and they also took off the silicone where my fountain is, where it caused a leak to my garage.

I called Paul several times and he states he is too busy to come out and even take a look at the damages. I am really tired of these businesses that we hire to come into our home to fix something, but instead of fixing they make things worse. I urge everybody who considers this company to think twice, even if they consider to use them, hold back money till you inspect the job completely. I will be taking this guy to court and will also be letting as many people know as I can!

Stay away! Ruined grout on Kitchen Back Splash and would not take responsibility. Had to go to court. He's very nice in the beginning, but very mean after.

Aldayna Stone: My wife and I read some previous reviews on a website and were skeptical. We asked Paul (owner) to send us a few references, which were stellar! If you want your grout and marble looking like new you will be amazed!. We were very satisfied and hope it continues to look this way for many years to come. Paul and his guys were very professional and extremely nice. The reviews are very unjust based on our experience. Happy customer! 8/3/2012
