Cork comes from the bark of the Cork Oak Tree. A cork tree will provide over 20 harvests of his bark over a 200 year period, being harvested around every 9 years and the tree does not need to be cut down for it to be harvested, making it one of the most sustainable flooring materials. We had an excellent experience with Northeast Floor Covering. Robert is professional and knowledgeable and he has a nice selection of carpets to choose from. The gentlemen who came to install our new carpet.were equally as knowledgeable and professional. We would not hesitate to do business with this team again.

Bob came to our house with carpet samples, took measurements, and provided us with an estimate that night. He took plenty of time to answer questions and scheduled the job within a week. The installers came on time, were all very courteous, and were careful bringing in all the large carpet rolls. They removed the old carpet and installed all the new carpeting in our 3 bedrooms and were finished in about 4 hours. Bob followed up the next day to make sure that we were happy with the work. We were very satisfied with the prices and the customer service and would recommend them.

I hired Northeast Floor in June 2018 to help me with a kitchen and bath renovation and 1 year later, I'm still thrilled with the results every time I walk into the house! Bob came over and measured everything out and gave me a very fair quote. He then helped me find a wood flooring that fit my design idea. I chose the character hickory for the kitchen and bath and it's really stunning.
The crew was exceptional! They came over early to start work, ripped out the old tile in about 3 hours and notified me when they found rot in the subfloor by the kitchen door. They fixed the rot and installed the hickory and would have put on new base board but I chose to hold off on that due to ongoing renovations. I also had them rip out the 25 year old stair carpet and put down new carpeting. Overall I give them an A+. They really did a great job!

Fake News Bob! Your response to my YELP of your N.E. flooring Company striving for 100% customer satisfaction is ridiculous on its face, as we chased you for more than 2 years with unanswered visits to you store, phone calls, letters from us and our lawyer as well. The only on-line "platform" you are involved in is evading customers that encounter any problems with your products and/or installation. Anyone reading this should use extreme caution in patronizing Robert Demko's business.

I highly recommend Northeast Flooring America. The installation of the vinyl flooring in my kitchen, hallway, bathroom and bathroom closet was done all in one piece - no seams and is beautiful! Exceptional workmanship. Good selection of flooring and reasonable prices. Very pleasant, and accommodating folks all around, from showroom to installation.

In looking around for new linoleum tiles for our Kitchen, we discovered several things. Stay away from the big box stores, the quality and selection sucks. Loads of the specialty stores are insanely expensive. And, didn't have a great selection. We found both great selection, and good prices here. They have all types of flooring, too. Wood, tile, carpeting, and even some fairly esoteric stuff.
It was relatively painless to get our kitchen floor redone, for a very reasonable price. In fact, it was cheaper for us to get really good thick Armstrong tiles installed through these guys, than it would have been to get self sticking cheapo tiles installed through Home Depot. That there, is a no-brainer.

We've ordered flooring and installation from them recently, our third time. They have a very good selection, the customer service was very good, the price was right, and they tried very hard to work with our schedule. All the installers they sub out the work to have also been easy going, yet hardworking fellows. I've worked with several other flooring outfits in the past, and this one is one of the easiest to work with. We would easily come back to them, as we have a few rooms left with old carpeting to be replaced.
