Timberlake Custom Homes worked with us to custom-build the house we have been living in for the past ten months as our sole residence. The planning and construction phase went very well. Post-construction we continue to be extremely pleased with the outcome. All staff members were very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and patient with us - two old people, one of whom is really grumpy!

The three focused days in their office for finalizing design and selecting interior and exterior details were time well spent. As expected, we forgot a couple of things that became last-minute change orders. Those changes were handled without any problem. The online system made it easy to communicate during the building process. We especially appreciate the site photos we received as construction progressed, given that we built the house while living 3.5 hours away!

We had a dream for our retirement home, and Timberlake made that dream come true. We have never built a custom home before where we chose everything! Timberlake put in lots of time, and they had patience and understanding for us (the customer) throughout the process.
