Unfortunately, I had the misfortune of simply driving to Seattle this morning and had a large rock fall from an Ellensburg Concrete Products' dump truck. I was not following the vehicle when the rock hit my windshield and left a two inch chip but was in the process of passing. I learned long ago to not trust large rigs and drive behind them. Having worked for a ready mix yard, I know that ECP will not claim responsibility but they look at this as an accidental hazard to share the road with them.

Since our company was located in a large city, we felt that in the name of safety that our trucks would go through a spray down before leaving for the highways. Obviously, ECP does not share the same regards for fellow drivers.

Ellensburg Cement Products is the only available ready-mix concrete service available in Kittitas County (Upper and lower valleys). Since there is no alternative to choose from in this region, it can be easy for customers to eagerly provide criticism. However, after 5 years of exclusive experience with ECP, I am completely satisfied. Their dispatch and customer service has recently improved significantly, and I've personally experienced a very positive shift in performance regarding communication and delivery.

Since the climate in ECP's service area is typically extremely non-conducive for the concrete industry (especially exterior flatwork), I am also very understanding of any occasional inconsistencies in the product delivered. Overall, ECP is an excellent company to work with and provides a consistent, sufficient product. I am grateful to ECP for providing the entirety of Kittitas County's concrete needs!

These guys are amazing to deal with. My first time using ECP will not be my last. Dispatch was friendly. Billing department was friendly. Chuck, the driver that brought me 2 loads of rock was friendly and even 15 minutes early to the delivery time. Thank you. I'll be calling you again!

Please see this from my perspective before judging my review. Im a 20 year old college student with zero experience in heavy trucks, gravel delivery. I told the company this when I was purchasing the gravel, buying it was no problem they handled me very quickly and it was delivered same day. The driver handed me some small form and told me to sign it, now I thought it was just for the delivery confirming it was deliver.

However he NEVER briefed me on the fact that damages would not be liable to the company. He backed his truck through my lawn and completely messed it up. Despite me telling him to back through the lawn the guy was fairly older and seemed to be doing this for awhile, very careless work and company told me "thats how it goes." I don't see how the driver didn't realize how deep his truck was into my yard?

He clearly did not care seeing how he's not liable for it. Driver is claiming i TOLD him to do that, he should of used better judgement considering the fact I have no experience in this kind of business. How was I supposed to know what was going to happen this is the first time I have ever purchased gravel. very very poor handling of delivery. hundreds of dollars to repair thank you.

Just spoke with the rudest customer service rep in the billing department. I was being yelled at and swore at. All I tried to say was were I lived and that I had made the same order for the last four years. She actually told me to shut up and listen to her. When she finally gave me a price she hung up on me instead of transferring me back to dispatch so I could place my order.

Think I'm going to have to go in and speak to someone in person, been doing business with them for about 10 years and don't think one bad apple should ruin a business relationship.
