Services
James Peterson began this remarkable venture back in the late 1930's with a homemade slusher (scraper) hauling dirt, pulled by a team of horses. Today we are a 5th generation business and since 1999 the scope of services has expanded dramatically with the addition of Buteyn Excavating and Grading Company, renamed to Buteyn-Peterson Construction Inc. (BPC Inc.).
We crush and produce our own gravel to help us save money which in turn will save you money too. From small decorative walls structures to multi-million dollar highway applications, JPS has the experience. Outstanding concrete product delivered to your project site anywhere in Medford or the surrounding areas.
James Peterson Sons Inc. has a safety philosophy that provides a guiding vision and general policy by which we conduct business and safety together every day. JPS Construction has experience working on green construction sites and utilizing sustainable practices, providing trusted, timely, and environmentally sound workmanship. We always try to limit the damage to the surrounding land by only excavating what is needed and hauling it away or moving it to other parts of the site. By the time the project is complete the site will look just as good as before.
