We recently moved into a new construction home and knew we wanted a large patio for our back yard and side pad for our boat/trailer. We had a great overall experience working with Simstone to design and install a stamped and color stained concrete patio in our backyard. Ross was very helpful from the start with respect to designing, scheduling and installing the patio as well as answering all of our questions. We are really enjoying the results and would recommend using Simstone.

Simstone put in our concrete patio and they were great! We love the work they did and were great to work with along the way. Even though the weather wasn't on our side they were out multiple times to try and make the most of it but yet they didn't want to rush it just to get it done. They were patient and thorough which will help with the longevity of the patio.

We had Simstone install our backyard patio and retaining wall. We went with a broom finish for the majority of the slab and a decorative stamped/stained border to reduce the slipperiness you can get with a fully stamped/sealed patio. Our neighbors also had them put in a patio at the same time, so they were out for a week doing both projects. Overall we are very happy with the patio.

The workmanship is great, the cost was very reasonable, and they left the site as good as they found it. No small feat given there were two jobs being done and a fair amount of rain during the week. Our retaining wall was contracted out to a company called Eco Care (Owner is Javier Sarmieno). The wall looks awesome! They also handled all the cleanup and grass re-seeding and regrading. Javier was very friendly and offered up suggestions for adding steps down our hill among other things.

The only improvements we could offer is a little better communication during the sales/design process. We had to check in a few times to check on the status of project and what our options were when it came to the retaining walls, and colors/patterns available for the border of our patio. But those weren't real show stoppers

We used Simstone for a stained and stamped patio. They fit us in their schedule quickly, completed the job in two days and were very reasonably priced. After three years the patio looks great! Would definitely use them again.
