Aitkin Hardwoods is located in Aitkin County, just 4 miles west of the town of Aitkin on State Highway 210. We have been in business since 1998. Aitkin Hardwoods is a division of Cass Forest Products, a sawmill located in Cass Lake, MN. The showroom hosts solid wood flooring and paneling along with a variety of millwork products milled on-site. We sell to a variety of customers including contractors, distributors, builders, remodelers, amateurs, and do-it-yourself novices. Services
Our association with Cass Forest Products allows outstanding flexibility in the volume and selection. The primary advantage is quality of our lumber. Our lumber is carefully selected by our professional loggers and produced for your needs with painstaking care. These are the trees that lose their leaves in the fall (deciduous).
Our products are quoted as picked up from our Aitkin MN manufacturing facilities. We can ship on common carrier all over the U.S. Expect one to four days for delivery to most states. Delivery to a warehouse or a jobsite can be arranged, or picked up at our facility. Freight cost is based on the size of the order and destination.

On site manufacturing allows Aitkin Hardwoods to offer our customers truly unique solid wood floor and matching stair and railing components. We specialize in domestic wood species in different grades and styles. Exotics are available per your request. Dave and his staff are amazing. They took the time to show us a wide range of samples for a "unique" table top that we were looking for. When Dave showed us the Western Red Cedar - we knew that was the perfect piece. They created the perfect table top for us, and finished it better than we ever could have.
