Absolutely awful. We walked around for 20 minutes and not a single person said hi or offered to help us. 3 people sitting at front desk chatting entire time and acted like we weren't there. Walked by 3 times and not 1 would even look at us. Unacceptable. Came on tile guys recommendation and took off time from work to make the hike. Never expected to be ignored. They obviously don't want business.

The tile is good quality, however, the company does not want to own their mistakes. We purchased tile as the warehouse was closing and our tile was sold to someone else accidentally later that. I understand that mistakes happen, however, the expectation is for the company to own and make up for that mistake. Instead, they offered me a contractor discount and some tile cleaner for the issues.

Instead of price matching a slightly more expensive tile, they made me pay extra for their mistake. Seems very silly that they wouldn't swallow an $80 mistake they made. The customer service is what warranted this negative review. I would understand if my project was more than 90 square feet and the price difference was significant but that is not the case here. We had to pay more for tile we settled on and like less out of necessity and an issue they caused themselves.

When we need tile, we first check their backroom for sale items. We have been successful two times! They are very helpful with amount needed. When we picked the tile up, they loaded and off we went.

My wife and I were in Saturday and wanted to commend Anna for her exceptional customer service helping us with kitchen backsplash options. She was patient with our indecision, and wonderful to work with. Thank you for a great customer experience.

We had the pleasure of working with Design Consultant Anna Benson and she was amazing. This was the 4th store we had been to with little to no help offered. Ceramic Tileworks has a beautiful showroom with a great selection and very competitive pricing. Anna helped us design all our bathroom tile in less then 30 minutes and we love it. We highly recommend!

Great place all around for all your tile needs. The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and never pushy. They have a great selection of tile, and a decent amount of options that are in-stock. My wife and I really appreciate how much space there is inside their show room allowing you to stand back and look at selections from afar as well as up close.

There are also several large work tables where you can layout all the different options you're considering, to compare things side by side, without need 10 arms to hold it all. For those shopping with kiddos, they also have a great little play area stocked with plenty of items (potato heads, trucks, books, etc.) to keep the littles busy while you go through all your tile options for your upcoming project. Finally, pricing seems competitive with other options around town, but we love the service and experience at Ceramic Tileworks, which has been why we've sourced our tile there for our last two projects (major bathroom remodel, and kitchen backsplash).

Lots of product. Sales person was very helpful. I was able to take samples to see if they were the correct color match. Returned to store and they are going to help me with sizing for correct ordering. Will use store in future as needed. JB
