I ordered from this establishment because they were local and I try to support my community when possible, but I didn't get what I ordered at all. On the website it shows pictures of beautiful jumbo cobblestone, I ordered 2 cubic yards of these and received half broken cement and half rocks. I took a picture matching the picture they provided with the insulated cup to send them.
I never heard back from them. I only gave them a 2 star rating because the mulch was ok. After this experience, I will go hand pick my stones to ensure good quality. I wish I could attach a photo.

We switched to using McCarty Mulch several years ago due to disappointing mulch from other vendors. I have NEVER been disappointed with McCarty. The mulch is fresh, nicely textured and lays nicely. Very easy to work with. We use them for all of our landscaping needs. Highly recommend them to anyone wanting high quality products!

We have purchased McCarty Mulch & Stone several times for mulch. This year we ordered 5 yards of mulch, 4 yards of sand/crushed limestone and 3 yards of river rock for a backyard project. They always delivered the very next day even when i ordered the mulch online after hours. We've ordered online, via phone and in person at their office. Always had a great experience - customer service is excellent. Truck drivers are friendly and on spot with unloading onto a tarp.

We have used McCarty Mulch & Stone for several years now. Their service and selectio of products are unmatched. This year we had the black gold blend of topsoil and fertilizer delivered, then another delivery of mulch. We also visited their site and chose six beautiful flagstones (out of a lot of options) for stepping stone up to our new patio. McCarty's personnel are friendly and helpful, and we always got timely and accurate delivery. Highly recommend McCarty all the way around!

My husband and I picked up 2 loads of their garden mix soil for several raised garden beds. The first truck load was fine! The second load sat overnight in the truck since we did not have time to get to it that day. The next day I went to work and my husband worked hard unloading all the dirt into the remaining garden bed. I was so disappointed when I came home and seen the dirt we were given!
It is awful and no way is this the garden soil we paid for! It is like working with mud and as it dried out it became clumpy and very HARD! I will never get soil from them again! Now instead of spending my time planting vegetables I am removing most the bad soil and trying to mix in good soil (bought somewhere else)! Not only has this cost me more time, work and money but now I have extra worthless dirt I have to get rid of! I will end on a positive note and say the river rock we purchased from them years ago is great!

I am very pleased with the mulch I ordered from McCarty Mulch and Stone. McCarty's premium hardwood mulch is high in quality and sold at a very fair price. It was delivered promptly and the driver called me before dumping to ensure that it was placed in the right location. I will order from McCarty again.

Great service! My mulch was delivered when I wanted it and where I wanted it. Chip has delivered my mulch for the past several years and he has always been able to drop my mulch in areas to make it easy for me to spread. My yard looks great because my McCarty Mulch. Today was my fourth amazing experience with McCarty Mulch. Once again, they did not disappoint. Today was the second time Cooper delivered for me. They are the most efficient, polite and friendly people who have ever delivered to my home. They are conscientious about not tearing up my yard with their haulers. I would refer them to any of my family and friends.
