Momax Marble

This place is fantastic. Huge selection of quartz and marble countertops in northwest Indiana. The samples in their showroom that they have " In Stock " have an orange sticker. That knowledge will save you time. Possibly 3 or 4 weeks and you'll have your counter installed. One tip is to bring in your samples of flooring and a cabinet door and paint chips.

This will give you a very good idea of the quartz that blends with your decor. Pick two in case you cannot decide & wavering between light and medium tiles styles. If your order will be over 25 square feet you're sink is included very helpful & you can marl off your list. Next pick out the shape of your edging. Next order the matching quartz cutting board for your crock pot.

About $30. Worth it. Also purchase a nicely fitted grate to fit inside the sink. Momax staff is professional, kind, warm and helpful. Oh my the experience was calm and easy. Much less stressful than the DIY places. Cost less. Superior staff. Locally family owned. Easy to locate. Across the street from candy factory. BTW I first saw the counter top creator ( installer) in Valpo.

He has his own counter top business and works with Momax. He has had his own counter business for over 45 years. Located on Franklin Street which is conveniently very close to Route 30 and the downtown Valparaiso area. What a nice guy. Explained types of counters. Pros vs. Cons. Darryl took my measurements and would create design and sent onto Momax. Which helped as Momax was ready for my visit. I am excited about my new counter which might be ready in 3 or 4 weeks. Give these two businesses a call.

Each individual I spoke to was reliable, knowledgeable and professional. The installation and quartz counters are all spectacular.

They installed quartz countertops in our kitchen remodel and they chipped one corner and attempted to fix it but made it worse and ruined the sink area as the quartz was ground down to make fit and now it's completely uneven on the back portion of sink and very noticeable, plus the seams are very uneven and they look terrible. They came out to attempt to fix it but the damage is done and you can't add more quartz to what you filed down.

Also the quartz I picked out was supposed to be bright white and two of the pieces have red dots in it like I splashed tomato sauce all over it and didn't wipe it off. They told me that's how it looks, then when you are picking out your quartz and look at the sample why don't they tell you it will come with red dots all over and not be pure white.

Critical: Punctuality Crew left my kitchen countertop job to assist another team. We had to wait an additional hour until they returned to complete. Spoke to Mary Ellen the project scheduler she said that was part of the norm of their business, they may have to. leave site and we as customer should set most of the day aside for their timeframe.

I've worked with Momax on a number of countertops. Great selection of granite and quartz. Very knowledgeable and helpful in the show room. The install crews are amazing! Great customers service all around!

I bought my granite countertop from them and had it installed. All they cared about from the beginning was the money. During the installation they broke a part of the tub fixture. They also miscut most of the granite pieces. They wanted the rest of the money before fixing the part and doing what they could with the granite. I waited over 2 weeks for them to return and yet they harassed me immediately after original improper installation.

They called me multiple times a day and even called my employees. I will NEVER use them again. FYI.they were paid 3 business days after they returned even though the problems could not be completely resolved.

All of the members of the Momax staff were courteous, prompt and very professional. The company has a retail store but also does its own fabrication and installation.

By far, one of the best experiences in recent memory. My bathroom is in remodel mode since the first of March. Olivia was just out of sight. Helpful does not do her justice. I hope this company knows what a gem they have in this lady. Now, all they have to do is install the vanity top in a timely manner and I'll be one happy camper.

I can't say enough about how happy i am with this company. The quality, price, and professionalism from the sales staff to the installers is impeccable. I always post an honest opinion about every company i do business with here on Google. I always use google reviews before doing business anywhere. I hope anyone who does the same reads my review and considers Momax Marble as there number one choice. I assure you wont be disappointed.

My 2nd time using Momax and I couldn't be happier with their service and installation. FABIAN and the office help will bend over backwards to make sure you're satisfied with the sale, service, and completion.

My parents bought their granite countertops from Momax and we had the best experience from start to finish! The people working in the showroom were polite, professional and we had great service. My parents were impressed with the price. Today the countertops were delivered and installed by George and Rich. They look gorgeous! Those guys made sure every single thing was perfect, they walked us through care, and they had us check their work before they left. They were super thorough and so nice. We are super happy with Momax and George and Rich! Thank you all so much!

Had several issues with Momax to include Luis and Hector. They miscut one of the granite pieces and Hector tried to inform me that it wasn't 'mis-cut', it was not polished properly. Another granite piece was not properly shimmed or leveled leaving gaping joints in excess of 1/4 inche between the granite counter and backsplash. Hector, even admitted that they even used the wrong silicone, making the errors even more apparent. Next, Momax did not properly score the walls/drywall when removing the old countertop which tore large holes in the drywall. Hector didn't want to speak to "the construction" and informed me that there will "always" be issues with drywall when installing new countertops. Unfortunately, these are not "touch up" areas like Hector suggested, these holes need to be skim coated and now the entire kitchen needs to be repainted.

You will need to factor in the additional expense of drywall repair and whole room repaint if you are planning to utilize Momax for your granite needs! Unfortunately, this is not a reputable organization. The installers sat for 35 minutes explaining how they are sick of the company and even offered that the installer and his wife were leaving the company because of all of the issues.

When one of the other installers arrived to help carry in an additional and heavy piece of granite, there was another half hour spent discussing how bad the company was. Use your best judgement here and look at all of your options before choosing to work with MoMax. Hector offered no resolution to the matters and informed me that the issues were "little issues" and he doesn't get involved in the construction and that there are always issues when installing new countertops and I should be happy with what I got. Hector is somehow the president of this company, very poor customer service. Now we are forced to get lawyers involved to correct issues that Momax created. Obviously, a very bad experience!

Amateurs, theses guys are the worst. Hector and his crew are Amateurs at best! Silicone joints, very dirty, tracked up my floors, dust everywhere don't use Momax unprofessional operation!

Happy with the product and quality. Not so happy with Hector who was very rude when I expressed a complaint. The installers removed the old faucets and water connectors and took them. My plumber came and did not have the water connectors to hook up the new faucets. Hector told me he'd try to find the missing parts and my plumber could come get them.

I live 30 min away. I asked Hector if he would reimburse me for new connectors and he was very rude. I'm supposed to pay my plumber to drive 30 min each way to get the parts? I had to pay for the first unproductive house call and had to reschedule. I still have not heard back from Hector. Product is great. Customer service is is very poor. Once they have your money, they don't care! Remember Hector, word of mouth can make you or break you.

We recently had granite added to our kitchen by Momax and could not have been more pleased. The sales staff was friendly and helpful, their showroom is lovely, and their installation crew was pleasant, professional and ON TIME. Ours was a small project compared to many others but they treated us like we were their most important client.

Great selection of material! Very friendly service although the right hand does not tell the left hand anything.

Very professional and business orientated. They have an immaculate show room with a large selection of fine stone! Also there recycled granite fire pits are very innovative and make a nice edition to the back yard!

I found this place while searching online for an alternative to purchasing granite countertops at Home Depot. I initially called and the woman over the phone was sooooo helpful. It's been awhile since I've gotten good customer service over the phone and the help was knowledgeable. The next day I went in and the young guy that helped me was really great.

Their prices are very competitive. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for granite outside of big box chain stores. I've already recommended this place to the Bf's friends who are remodeling their kitchen and looking to upgrade to granite. I will change this to 5 stars if all goes well and my order is completed and a smooth transaction. Also, this place gives free estimates if you bring in your dimensions and layout!
