About Us In 1972, the Chace family opened Killingly Building Products as a drywall and plaster specialty yard. This endeavor proved to be a natural choice for a family that has been in the building materials business since 1885. I'm building out my basement - adding guest quarters to our condo. I've used KBP for my wallboard and R-13 purchases. They absolutely meet their commitments, more than assisted with great service and are a pleasure to do business with. Now, our relationship is drawing toward it's end with drop ceiling supplies. Let's see, wonder what addtl. projects we can come up with. Seriously, all the best folks, it's been a delight.

Went there for the first time after ordering ceiling tiles over the phone. Derrick was very helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable on the phone, gave me the best price and promised they would have the items by Monday (I ordered Thursday evening at 4:40pm). I get a call Friday morning letting me know they got my 10 cases of tiles in, and I can pick them up at my leisure.
Talk about fast turn around! When I arrived I was greeted by the friendliest dog wagging his tail at the door. The gentleman at the front desk processed my order, was also super friendly and told me where to drive around to get my delivery. I go around back and there's two guys waiting to load my truck up. They pointed out cracked tiles and told me they would replace the box with another one in the warehouse, but I told them it was not needed as we would need to trim tiles either way. All in all, KBP is a class act, great group of employees, and fantastic pricing. Keep up the good work guys and thanks for helping me out.
