Like every other part of the process, we don't believe excellent customer service is a mystery.
MARBLE - a crystalline rock composed predominantly of crystalline grains of calcite, dolomite or serpentine and capable of taking a polish. With a crafty marble touch, flooring, sculptures, staircases, bathroom vanities and kitchen countertops brilliantly come to life. This versatile stone is also easily accessible and just perfect if you're looking for an amazing decor that won't break your bank. With its striking veins, fine texture and unlimited color selection, marble commands attention and captures the imagination.
ONYX - a semi precious translucent stone, with natural colors and a variety of patterns. Rare and translucent, onyx is a luxurious focal point that catches light and seems to glow from within. Onyx is available in a wide array of colors and patterns. It adds elegant luxury to countertops, vanity tops, bars, interior flooring and wall cladding decors and when it is blended with LED lights, it can make any space a stunner.
QUARTZ - one of the most abundant minerals on the earth's crusts, it is a man made engineered stone, formed by combining 90-95% natural quartz crystals with 8-10% resins, polymers and pigments. Quartz is a very versatile stone; it is ideal for kitchen countertops because of its resistance to fats, oils, and acids from foods.

This is a first class operation. From the owners, to the administrative staff, to the installers, everyone was knowledgeable and professional. The showroom has a wide variety of granite, quartz, and engineered stone. I live in Delaware and could have shopped many places but I chose to go to Advanced Granite Solutions because of their reputation for customer satisfaction and fair prices. Tom N

The staff at Advanced Granite Solutions was awesome! They had a great selection of granite and even brought some slabs in for us to see. They were very patient with us during our decision-making process. The price was excellent, the installation was quick, and the job was done extremely meticulously. The installers made sure we knew how to care for our new counter and made sure our home was left as clean as when they arrived! We couldn't be happier with our new countertops! We highly recommend Advanced Granite Solutions! Joe & Julie Lyons

Advanced Granite Solutions was a fantastic company to work with for our granite installation. The office staff was friendly and knowledgeable. There was a large supply of granite on-site that we could look at, and we quickly found the right one for our kitchen remodel. The price was very competitive. Within 5 days we had the template done and the granite was installed 7 days later. We can't thank them enough for their professionalism, the quality of work, and quick turnaround. We will definitely recommend Advanced Granite Solutions!

AGS is the only company I trust for our business. Everyone in the showroom is friendly, outgoing and very knowledgeable. Prices and quality are amazing. They go out of their way to get slabs when needed. It makes a huge difference to have a company that does what they say they will do. I had issues in the past with "budget" dealers and sloppy cuts--AGS uses a laser and is very precise.

This was my first experience renovating a kitchen/countertops and I was overwhelmed with the variety of products available. Cindy was patient, helpful and knowledgeable, educating me on each type of product until I found the perfect choice. I am thrilled with my "new" kitchen, it's just beautiful! The entire customer service experience with AGS was superb!
From the measurement rep to the installers, entire team was top notch. So grateful to Cindy for her guidance, responsiveness, and suggestions that ensured that the project totally exceeded my expectations!

My husband and I just finished our second project with Advanced Granite Solutions. The first project was our basement bar area which turned out amazing! The second project was our kitchen and I didn't think I could be happier than I was with the basement but I am! Cindy and the team are great to work with from start to finish. Cindy did a great job taking us right to a stone after we described what we were looking for.
It was not on the showroom floor as it had been ordered for another client who changed their mind- thankfully for us! Then they worked through several version to make sure we were very happy with the final layout. AGS took the time to make sure our countertop displayed the best qualities of the stone. They use technology to provide a picture of your exact piece of granite ahead of time.
So you know exactly what you are getting which we felt made this type of purchase go so much easier. I would highly recommend AGS to anyone wanting great customer service and a quality product!

We used Advanced Granite 2 times now! Cindy in the office met with me and walked me around the HUGE warehouse with slabs of granite everywhere so many styles and colors to choose from! She worked with my budget and helped me pick out the perfect stone at a great cost! Install time was within a week or so after I gave them the go on the project! The guys who came out to install are very professional and know what they are doing! Thank you again AGS!

I rated this a 4 out of 5 only because the installer did not check the order and brought the wrong size sink which meant I had to pay my plumber an additional 2 hours to wait for correct sink. I had to have my plumber there to disconnect and reconnect my gas stove for installation. Also to pipe in my dishwasher. The other 4 stars I will discuss now.
I originally went to a different granite company that broke my slab, lied, and tried to cover it up. I got my money back and terminated my contract. I went to MSI stone the massive ware house in Jessup and picked out a new slab I loved. My plumber recommended AGS this granite company. I called AGS and sent them the quote and measurements from the original granite company. AGS reviewed it and called MSI to obtain new price information since I picked a completely different slab and color. AGS then called me 1 hour later and gave me the pricing information.
I drove there that night and met with Shelby a sales person. Shelby beat the original quote and I got a better more expensive slab this time around. She also took an additional 200 dollars off. They gave me a free 7 inch stainless steal sink which I was astatic about. I was told from multiple other companies 7 inch sinks are more expensive and are a "special order" because the standard is 9 inches.
I needed 7 inches because my garbage disposal wouldn't fit if I had got a 9 inch. When they came out to measure it was around MY availability. The measure guy was extremely nice and spoke clear English. He listened to all my concerns and made notes. I was impressed by how high tech the measure was. Not only did the employee measure by hand he also had a tripod and laser machine that took measurements as well.
Fast forward 2 days we went into AGS signed off on our measurements to allow for template to be made. The next day we were sent our exact slab cuts in a template done on the computer we went through 4 different renditions before we had one that worked. 2 days later install day. Everything fit perfectly. Again the only thing I was really upset about was paying my plumber extra because they messed up by not reading the order.
Also the net backing on the back of granite is poking up out of the caulk bead. We pointed this out to Oscar our installer and were told to let caulk dry then re-caulk backsplash ourselves, and if netting is still sticking out to call and let them know; fair enough. Overall I was extremely pleased with how fast and painless this process was and I would definitely recommend them and use them again if I ever move.

Ratings: Installation- 3/5 Customer Service- 1/5 Recommendation- Look elsewhere. Advanced Granite Solutions (AGS) was recommended by our general contractor for our kitchen remodel. In hindsight, we should have selected someone else. My wife visited their showroom and ordered granite for our countertops. I wasn't there, but it seemed everything went OK for this portion of things. Installation day came.
The installers showed up about 30 minutes early, which caught me off guard, but it was better than them being late. They installed the slabs in about 2 hours, taking their time with every step of the process. When they left, I thought it was a 4/5 or 5/5 job, until my wife came home and noticed parts of our brand new cabinets had adhesive or some type of goo on them that wasn't there before.
We had the remainder of our balance to pay, so my wife mentioned the mysterious goo to the customer service rep while paying the rest. She was told that we couldn't prove it was their fault and they wouldn't do anything about it. Seriously? Great way to treat your customers! The rep then mentioned that we could use acetone (nail polish), but we are afraid that approach will hurt the wood cabinets. AGS will gladly help you pick your granite and take your money, but if there is an issue with install, they shirk you off without a second thought.

AGS was recommended to me by our Realtor. I am extremely satisfied with their service and would definitely like to recommend them. 1) Melanie (client servicing) was very prompt in responding. Even though I got back to her after couple of months, she honored the estimate that she had given to me earlier. She even went out of her way to get me in touch with a contractor to help prep the existing cabinets before installing the granite countertops. 2) The guys from AGS were all very good and extremely polite.
They put drop cloths on the floor and made sure to clean up any messes before they left. 3) I was a bit unsure of how AGS would be after reading their Yelp reviews (since I had placed the order before reading the reviews). But I have to say that they did not disappoint me at all in terms of pricing and services. 4) Last but not the least, their store has two big cats. They steal away all the show and are super adorable.

Advanced Granite installed my kitchen countertops, guest bathroom, and master bathroom. I love the kitchen and guest bath. However, the sinks in my master bathroom are so tiny I can barely wash my face in the sink. When they came out to measure and was told the size of the sinks they would install, I was assured that they would look nice and would be pleased with them.
I HATE them! I just know I will have a problem when it comes time to sell my home. Who wants a master bathroom with tiny sinks? I feel that I have wasted this money. I wasn't given another option for a sink or to possibly have the sinks cut into the granite instead of an under mount. Only this small size was my option. I am so disappointed! I don't know if I would recommend them. It's a toss up at this point. the staff was nice and all, but I am just disappointed with my sinks and how tiny they are and makes my bathroom appear. :-

These people were wonderful. Cindy, our sales lady made everything happen in the time frame that we needed, from measuring to installing. Measuring was quick and accurate. I loved how they sent us the diagram of possible layouts of the granite so we could pick. Installation was precise, quick and accurate. Would definitely use them again.

We utilized Advanced Granite for our kitchen counters after a recommendation of a friend. We did shop at a variety of their suppliers to find the right piece of stone and were quite pleased with the installation. It was handled professionally and in a timely manner. Clean up was not an issue and I would use them again.

My wife and I used Advanced Granite Solutions as part of a kitchen remodel. The installer, Mike, had a nasty disposition and ruined a $40,000 kitchen remodel with horrible placement of the granite. The granite top where it meets the left side of the oven is almost 1 wide. As it gets closer to the wall it is so tight that the granite rubs against the side of the oven.
The uneven cut has created a gap so that food falls between the oven and base kitchen cabinet, requiring us to completely pull out the oven to retrieve the dropped items and clean. AVOID this company and find a competent installer.

This is the second time I have used AGS. When I remodeled my first house, I used them for my new kitchen tops. I priced two other companies and they were all within reason. They did a great job! Now that we are in our new house, I am building an in law suite down the basement. I didn't hesitate to call AGS back, and to be honest, they were the only company I called.
I called at 5:00pm and gave them my dimension. Even though they were closing, I still received an email with a price that evening. Went to there showroom to pick out the slab the next day and the tops were installed days later. Not only did I get them to install my kitchen, I had them do my bathroom vanity as well. Great job AGS! Keep up the good customer relations!

AGS makes purchasing granite quick and easy. Their showroom is stocked well, and scheduling our installation was a breeze. We purchased our new undermount sink from them too, which was less costly than any other big-box hardware store options or online comparisons. The installation men and plumber were knowledgeable and friendly. We would recommend AGS to others, and we'd return again!

During the planning and scheduling of my granite install AGS staff was professional and very responsive. However, after the install the workers left my house a mess. They dinged walls, left debris and trash all over my floors, appliances, walls and counters. Everything in the house and garage was covered with residue. My house was clean before they came but when they left it looked like a construction workshop and they left my garage a mess.
I called the company and they advised they could put in a service call for someone to come back and clean the mess that was left but it would be over a week later so of course I can't wait that long to clean my house. I will never use or recommend this company.

Ripoff report! We thought we'd like to hire Advanced Granite to do our kitchen countertops because they seemed very professional. We knew that the granite color we wanted was basic, and considered "group A" - the lowest priced color. We had measured dimensions and drawing worked up, and got quotes from several companies. Advanced Granite was actually on the lower end. So, we drove an hour to their showroom to start the process.
Once there we found out that unlike all the other places we had quotes from, our color, Steel Gray, was put into their "group B". This made their quote go up $325. Then when I saw their square footage estimate, I realized that they had miscalculated our dimensions. Where one dimension was clearly 35" on all of our plans, they had written it down as 25". that error led them to think our project was 4 square feet less than it actually was.
They refused to honor their original estimate, even though it was their error, and this added another $160 to the quote. We were told by the female salesperson that if we brought them a quote from one of the other granite companies showing that Silver Pearl (Steel Gray) was considered a "group A" granite they would at least let us have their "group A" price for it.
After getting them the other quote, the manager said that he would NOT put their steel gray into the "group A" category because obviously the other companies have sub-par granite from China and they have premium granite slabs. Steel Gray granite comes from India, as colors of granite are based on their geological location. There is no Steel Gray from China.
He was obviously trying to scare us with lies into thinking any lower prices meant the granite was of a lower quality. Of course, we are going with one of the other companies.
