The traffic on Lantana Rd makes delivering here with a tractor trailer more difficult because it is not easy to back onto the side street by the gate.

Always helpful people. They know by the look on your face if you need help finding anything in the store or advice with the project you're doing. The only thing I would ask for them to change is the ability to use the rewards app at every store. We purchase tens of thousands of dollars worth of materials every year from Potter's Ace hardware, and we are unable to get any rewards because they are not a participant in that program. Other than the rewards they are the first place we go to get all of our stuff!

Any time I have needed to stop in Potters, the experience has not been pleasant. The store usually has what I am looking for, but the staff just don't seem to really care. They are not friendly and only speak if you talk to them.
