Horrible customer service. We will take our business elsewhere! The young guy almost back the equipment off the side of the trailer. He was very rude when help was offered. The office staff done nothing about the behavior of their employee. Lack of respect for their customer!

They have equipment you need, only place in town to rent from so higher than Murray. All things being equal rather deal with Murray I've had better luck with Murray. Some of service people are nice some are.!

I have rented twice from this company during past two months, once was for a Miter saw, and just recently a Track Skid Steer- that had to be delivered. Equipment were in good operating shape. Customer service was excellent. They were very easy to deal with, to make arrangements with, and were very accommodating. If in the Paris area (and Dover where I live) this company is definitely the go-to place for high quality equipment, and at very reasonable prices I might add. I priced the Skid Steer at multiple different locations, and they were the least expensive and the machine was a fairly new Takeuchi brand T8. Worked perfectly. Thanks.

Excellent as soon as I hit that door 3 steps in I was asked could they help me. I told him what I needed he knew right off explained the difference in each and gave me his opinion which would be best without trying to rent the most expensive. Told me when to be back where to go go pick it up. They loaded it and when I came back it was a repeat performance. I ask do I need to bring in he said oh no just drive back same spot and I popped my trunk and he got it. Thanks guys and the 1 young lady. Well done.
