Our founder, Charles E. Cox, started Cox Interior in 1983 with a dream - to build a market for superior building products using hardwoods like poplar, oak and cherry. Today, Cox has more than 20 acres of manufacturing capacity at our headquarters in Campbellsville, Kentucky. We also have several distribution warehouses to better serve our customers, along with a sales force that operates in eight states. Because we manufacture the majority of the items we sell, our experienced craftsmen will ensure the quality of your order.
We understand that your customers are looking for features that distinguish their homes and make them unique. From the front door to the stairs to the crown moldings, our mission is to provide those special touches - made from the highest quality materials and even milled to meet custom specifications. We want your customers to appreciate the value of their homes, and the work you put into them.
Discerning homeowners and builders understand that cabinet doors are just as important as room doors when it comes to enhancing your home. And whether you're installing or renovating kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets - or even laundry room or storage cabinets - Cox slams the doors on the competition.
MDF (medium-density fiberboard) cabinet doors have become the new standard for many homeowners and builders, and for good reason. MDF cabinet doors are typically less expensive than hardwood doors, but that doesn't mean they're 'cheaper.' Our MDF cabinet doors are as substantial as a solid wood door.

Do not use this company! You will be wasting your time just like i am currently! I have received every excuse known to man for my interior doors not being at my job site. First the salesman "Jerry" came to my house to measure for interior doors and didn't measure my main floor doors so he ordered the wrong height. It took him a month to figure out he made the mistake after i questioned him multiple times.
After requesting multiple updates on my order he finally claimed that all of my doors was in and will be delivered on oct. 4th, 2021. I made my original door order In June and it is currently OCT with no plans of receiving any doors. I didn't believe him due to all of the other excuses and lies i was told previously so i called Cox interior myself and drove over a hour to campbellsville to retrieve my doors.
When i arrived the people in the warehouse was very friendly and helpful but also told me only half of my doors was in. UGH! So back to beating me around every bush in the yard. now a different salesperson is telling me that my doors are on a ship in the ocean and until they get the container crisis under control it could be months before my door arrives. HAHA Literally two weeks ago another salesman said all of my doors will arrive in two weeks.
What the hell is going on? Just do yourself a favor and stay as far as away from this company as you can. IT IS A WHOLE CLOWN SHOW! After they receive your money they have zero information for you!

My sister had an employee from here call on Saturday evening and say he was a representative from this company telling her that her ex-husband was deceased, and had left her money from his life insurance policy. They had all of her information including her cell phone number, this information could have only come from her ex-husband. It caused her and my family a great deal of stress and when we called to have something done about this, we were told there was not much they could do without proof of who actually called. I find this to be totally ridiculous, when clearly it was him behind it.

Bowling Green office referred us to the outlet in Campbellsville so we called first, then drove over two hours to get there. David wasn't able to answer any of our questions about cost but had to call someone else. Prices should have been posted. What we wanted was in the warehouse, but we were told we'd have to order it. Finally we were told to go to the Bowling Green store. Disappointed that we weren't able to do business with them.

I wish I could place a review of zero stars. This company has been a nightmare to work with. We ordered a house full of interior doors for our remodel and 50% of them were the wrong measurements, including the barn door we ordered. From initial measurements and order, to final delivery of correct doors, the entire process took six months. The barn door is still incorrect even after being delivered a second time but our contractor made it work because we simply did not want to deal with them again. Products were delivered without notice of any kind and were left out in the weather because we were away for a weekend. Had we had known that doors were being delivered, we would have made arrangements.
There were many times that we were told to expect deliveries on certain days but product never showed up and was always delivered unannounced. The entire process has delayed our remodel by weeks if not months. After voicing our complaints with one of the managers, (we refused to contact the salesman again because of lack of returned correspondence and simple incompetence to scheduling delivery of correct items) they offered a partial refund of an insulting $200.
This was less than 10% of our order that had taken months to deliver completely. We told them how disappointing that refund was so they offered us $300 instead. Not worth the constant headache and stress from delayed construction. To cap off this entire circus of a company, when they sent our refund, they made it out to a "Christina Bell". My wife's name is Krista.
This was after she had been in constant contact with a manager for literally months. They did not even have enough respect for us to remember their customer's name. Especially a customer who has communicated with them constantly via text and phone calls. I would rather someone chisel their own doors out of a tree than recommend this company. From what we've seen, they're not fit to run a coffee shop.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT USE COX INTERIOR! This company stole from me! They had me pay $11,000 upfront, for subpar materials, then only delivered half of them to me. I've now been trying to get my materials or a refund for a month! Their carpenter and his crew came into my home like wreck it Ralph and left huge dents and scratches in all our walls, broke a light, refused to respect my requests and took 20 minute dumps in our master bathroom several times a day.
They made all their cuts INSIDE our home, not taking precautions to cover any of our things, leaving huge messes they never cleaned and got an attitude when asked to. To top it all off, some of the work done needs REDONE because it's cut so poorly and an entire shiplapped wall is completely and very visibly crooked. Trim isn't sanded and has splintered pieces hanging from it, doors came damaged etc. This company is a nightmare, just stay away.

They do not care about their employees they will do what ever they can to get out of paying someone they don't pay what they should I know someone that had been there for 8 months but they would not give him his vacation pay they said where he was doing something different from the job he is doing now that it doesn't count that really he would have only been there 2 months but yet he was still working for Cox interior pay stubs and everything was all the same it's sad that they can do something like that to someone that has 3 kids and one kid that stays sick a lot because she has cerebral palsy I don't know what makes people the way they are but yet we all have to pay for it the ones that work pay check to pay check I guess all you can do is have faith and trust that God has better plans

I have searched high and low for a specific trim piece, Cox Interior was able to find me a match very fast. They told me they did not stock it. I got scared and thought BIG MONEY. And I found out it was not expensive at all. It actually was cheaper than any big box store, and better quality. I now have placed my order to re-do all my doors in my house, figured it would take at least a month to get my doors delivered. They told me give them two days and they would have them. This place is awesome and will continue to get all my material needs from here.

My husband and I are in the middle of renovating our home. We were referred to Cox in Franklin, TN for our interior doors. We ordered 20 doors in February so that they would be ready by the time we needed them when the trim carpenters turn came around. We were ready in June for the doors to be delivered to the job site. It took 2 weeks for the first 8 doors to get there.
The rest were on the delivery ticket as "backordered". It took approximately 2 more weeks to get the 10 "backordered" doors delivered. All the while, the trim carpenters, painters, and tile installers are waiting and cannot finish our job. We still lack 2 more doors and they will not return our many phone calls.
