Schedule pickup time - estimated target time is 30 minutes from order confirmation to staged order. We will alert you of any potential delays. We will text/email a picture of the completed order or call you to confirm it is ready for pickup. Proceed into your Mueller Facility's designated OTG pickup area.

My contractor went to this company for replacement windows after a fire at my home and it was nothing but a disaster. I was told in early December that the replacement windows would be the reason I could not get back in my house in December. They would be in on December 19 and would be installed right way. On January 10, still no windows, so I asked about it.
I got a guarantee on 1/11 that they had been delivered and would be installed on 1/12/22. Nothing happened and no communication was given to my contractor. I drove by on 1/13 and they were finally unloading the truck around noon. I saw the tagline on the truck "Big Enough to Listen, Small Enough to Care" and laughed out loud. Nothing could be further from the truth.
They are so small that one truck driver having a medical emergency meant that I could not move back into my house, that one truck breakdown caused another delay, etc. Upon installation, 8 windows needed rehung. Not sure if this was a company oversight or an oversight by my builder. It took several additional days to have the windows sealed. In January.
Glad I am charging my insurance company the heating bill this month. And the shipment on 1/13 was missing one window. They came back after I moved in to install the screen door. They needed to enter my home. I am glad I was home to ask them not to walk in their muddy boots across my new light beige carpet. And I'm glad I was moving and could provide them with cardboard because they didn't come prepared to respect my property. Attention to detail is not a strong suit for this company. Seems they don't care at all.

Mueller's is a place i often go for materials i need for my job. The employees are always so friendly and helpful. There was a mix up on some gutters i got from here and they had it fixed with no hassle and very fast. The prices are very comparable to other supply houses. Some of the hand tools they sell are a bit pricey. I mainly go here for materials and dont worry about much else.
