Bad language, not helpful, said they were too busy to help me and made me wait

We had to replace an unconventional sink valve and we were having difficulty finding the correct valve size. They didn't have the valve we needed, but they explained what we could do to remedy our problem. Their advice was very helpful and it was clear that they are extremely knowledgeable about plumbing.

Southwest is great. Always a very friendly environment and very efficient customer service and very knowledgeable. I will always recommend Southwest to any customer or plumber for their plumbing and sprinkler needs!

I went to three different stores trying to get some help on a tricky plumbing repair issue and none of them were able to help me. but 10 minutes at SWPS got me the information that I needed, complete with a diagram print out. Not only were they quick to help and troubleshoot, they clearly knew their stuff and we're not afraid to direct me to other businesses in order to meet my needs promptly.

Great for DIY. Very friendly employees. The only local store I could find that had in-stock a capacitor for my furnace/AC blower motor. Works great! (be sure to ground the old capacitor to prevent getting shocked while replacing)

I went there today because my Maxi-Paw sprinklers were sticking. I went in and a nice guy at the counter started helping me. Now, I realize I'm not a plumber, and I'm not wealthy and I'm not a man, but I've done a few repairs before. There was an older guy at one desk to the right of me and a younger guy at another desk by him. I asked the guy at the counter how I would change out the "guts" of the sprinkler, he was very nice and started to help me, he really was very respectful that's why I'm giving this place two stars. BUT the cocky young guy at the desk said something to the effect of "So, you're resorting to this now, are you (counter guys name I can't remember)".

Like he was making fun of the counter guy.or of ME for asking such a menial question, and the counter guy trying to help me. I could tell the counter guy felt awkward. Thank god the cocky guy finally walked in the back. It was horribly awkward and disrespectful and that Cocky guy needs to know one thing from me. "Don't make women feel uncomfortable in your store, be respectful to them and the nice guys who are trying to do his job. Women my age have plenty of money to spend, and cocky little punks like you just cost you a lifelong customer" I went to Sprinkler World and got what I needed and was treated with respect. I'll never go back to SouthWest Plumbing again in my life.

I have used these Southwest for over 10 years. These guys have always provided the best customer service no matter how small or large of a job I was doing. They carry good quality products. If you need plumbing supplies they are the ones to go to. Plus they have an awesome showroom.

I cannot express how AMAZING this company is. Not just a beautiful store and work flow to say the least but the culture and atmosphere when ever I enter is delightful and warm. The employees are warm and really educated. Keep up the good work Southwest keep pushing forward

We had some flooding issues in our back yard with all of the snow this year. We got a pump from Preston with Southwest and he was so nice to help. Their show room is awesome and they have working models of their shower heads you can see how they work. Everyone we talked to there was so friendly. We will definitely be back!

Our experience at Southwest Plumbing Supply has been great. The employees at the Springville location are very knowledgeable about their products and their new showroom is awesome! We will definitely come here again in the future.
