Spent 5 figures in gates and they don't have the decency to return a message. Terrible customer service.

Ordered 6 Dual opening gates through them, the quality was great, arrived on time.but the center accent letter that is welded on, was installed backwards on 4 out of 6 gates. We now have to hire someone to cut out the letter, re weld it correctly and then paint it. We have tried reaching out multiple times to see if there is something that can be done and no one will respond to us. I was very happy and was going to use them again, but now seeing the customer service AFTER the purchase i will have to find another company

We really took a chance on ordering a pretty expensive driveway gate sight unseen from a company many states away. Turned out perfectly! It took a few months to receive but.it was custom. Quality was wonderful. Design was better than I imagined. We will definitely use them in the future!

I have purchased gates many times from Creative Iron Works for various clients. The gates are beautiful and cost effective. They have always delivered on time and it seems like they over estimate the time that building will take. When I have had problems, they are quick to correct them. I do not believe you can get a better gate for the money.

I ordered a concave gate and 4 fence panels, 3 line posts and 2 ends posts for a fence job for my husband's customer. It took 6 weeks to make and a week to 7 days to deliver. Come to find out the end posts and line posts were missing that held up my calendar for other clients I'm working with. They had to make the line posts and end posts, which means they never made them in the first place.

It took another 2 weeks for that and another week for them to ship it out now it's going to take another week for delivery thru Fedex. It took a total of a little over 2 months for this gate and fence panels and numerous phone calls. My customer paid good money, he deserves his order in a timely fashion, not 2 plus months later. I'm not a happy customer.

This Computer is showing me as "ProNoor", because its a business computer and I am writing this review during my lunch break. I contracted with these people for a Steel Gate and I did realize later that the gate would not be a real wrought iron. I drove 2+ hours from Mobile, AL to pick up the gate. I was very delighted and happy to see the gate. These are real hard working, honest people.

I am sorry that low rating person had extreme opposite views but that person and Google both be sued for making and propagating a phony statement. I am a medical doctor and I meet so many people every day. Calling such people as dishonest needs be ignored. I have already recommended this business to a friend of mine. Very pleased with my experience from the start of the first call to the end.

I have a cheap steel gate hanging at a property for more than ten years so there is no reason for me to say that their gate will last any less. I highly recommend this business to anyone in the World. I urge local people to show full support for this great business.

I contacted CIW about replacing the drive gates at our church. The sales guy met me at the church the same day. We needed two ~24' gates. I received drawings of proposed gates and a quote the next day. I suggested some modifications to the drawings and they replied with new drawings right away. The price was more than I had anticipated, so the decision to proceed had to wait for the next church business meeting to get approval.

I was told that once the deposit was paid, the posts would be set in ~3 days and the gates 2-3 weeks later. Once the deposit was paid, the gates were up in 2 weeks total and they far exceeded our expectations. If you are in the western part of Slidell, pass by Bayou Baptist Church to take a look.

Very disappointed in this company. Was recommended to them by multiple people so was really excited to work with them. Called the company to see if I could come to business in person to see ideas of what we wanted for our stairs, the lady I spoke with said sure and they had a lot available to view. Drove 45 minutes to business to find it was basically just where they welded the iron and only did things per order so there was literally nothing available for me to see. Decided to just go with pictures online since others said they did such great work. Scheduled an estimate for noon and no one came until 3pm and that's only because I called them to see what was going on.

No one bothered to call me to let me know the original person coming out for estimate was doing other jobs so they just found someone to come last minute. Basically we were forgotten about. We also did not receive any apologies. Crazy enough we still wanted to go with them based off the price of the estimate. I called the company again and spoke with a lady to see if we could get an compensation for all the trouble we've had so far and she seemed confused and just said rudely she didn't know but would ask.

I also told her we wanted to schedule an appointment to get our stairs done and she said someone would call us back. No one ever called us to schedule or talk more about prices. Highly disappointed and would never recommend them to anyone. Huge waste of my time.

Horribly disappointed! Contacted this company 6 yrs ago, was interested in a wrought iron fence. Salesperson talked us into more expensive aluminum, assuring us it was maintenance-free. He even gave us a small can of paint for minor touch-ups. Now, 6 yrs later, the whole fence is corroding and panels are falling apart. The whole thing has to be replaced!

I called the company, only to find out that we actually got "tubular steel, " a product we had never heard of, that apparently only lasts 5 yrs. Why would we pay $13,000 for a more expensive fence that only lasts 5 yrs? Total rip-off, BEWARE!
