I bought a Harmon Advance pellet stove from these guys about nine years back. As a vote for Harmon pellet stoves, I basically needed to do nothing to it (aside from cleaning) for almost eight years. Last year, the combustion blower went. I called H&H back and found out they were under new management. I was extremely impressed with the new folks that took over.

They didn't have time in their schedules for weeks to replace my combustion blower, but they got the right part for me ASAP and provided me some loose instructions so I could DIY. Just today, I thought I had another problem. I called them up looking for advice and they were able to help me diagnose the problem (user error) over the phone. At no point did they recommend just replacing parts w/o proper diagnosis, which they helped me with.

I didn't get to asking them what their schedule looked like if I needed further help because they got me fixed before I needed to. I truly appreciate both the Harmon Pellet stoves and this good local place that stands behind them. Highly recommended!

This place was great. They were able to answer my questions in a knowledgeable non judgemental way and help me understand what is possible for fireplace in my new house (aka the big whole in the wall with piping heading outside). Expert answers, accessible and kind staff. Truly what an experience in retail should resemble.

Go somewhere else.even online is better. I ordered some parts for a Harman wood stove through these guys and the girl who was helping me (Meagan), said to make sure I had everything I needed to get the job done because parts might not be available or take weeks to come and then whatever I did not use, I could simply return and be refunded. Sounded good.

My order came in after 3 days when she told me it would be 2-3 weeks, which was nice. I got the wood stove up and running and we ended up ordering two steel plates that I did not need because the old ones were fine. so, I called them back to let them know and to my surprise the girl now tells me they're not accepting returns and I was stuck with an extra $170 of parts that I did not need.

Keep in mind I just spent over $1,000 getting the wood stove up and running with these folks. At this point, Megan then became unprofessional and they no longer wanted to deal with me. Had I been made aware from the beginning I would not be able to return certain items, I would not have ordered those pieces. However due to the extreme wait-time, I figured I better to make sure I had what I needed.

We own a small HVAC business and I can tell you first hand, this is no way to do business. I will be sending my customers elsewhere from now on and will not use these people ever again. Sad.

I recently purchased a Green Mountain Pellet Grill and couldn't be happier! Great customer service and great experience. So glad they recommended the pellet grill/smoker option to me!

I stopped by today to ask about wood stoves and talked with Brian. He was really patient with all of my questions, and was able to answer most of them off the top of his head. I appreciated his knowledge and experience. He also called his sales rep to get more clarity on a few questions which I appreciated. It's a nice showroom, warm even though it was like 15 degrees outside.

The gentleman that helped me was fantastic, polite and respectful. He even told me how I might be able to avoid buying a new gas stove. This excellent service is rarely seen today.

This is my go-to place for accessories and maintenance items for my stove. Last winter it was a thermostat and chimney brush and extensions. This winter it's been gasketing. I found them knowledgable and a great stock of stoves and items that are useful or just plain fun. So glad this local business is a short drive from the house.

I had an ancient wood stove, with many safety concerns. Peter spent a great deal of time brainstorming a reasonable solution for my fireplace. I am thrilled with his design and with his employees who installed my new gas insert. Great customer service and support!

Great store, selection outstanding. Very knowledgeable of products and service is the BEST! Time for a new gasket on our stove- done in two days. Also a fantastic selection of Kamado Joe ceramic grills!

We bought a Jotl fireplace from this company last year. They have a good selection of fireplaces and re very knowledgeable. The estimator comes out to measure and provide a price. The installers were very professional and did very high quality work. Took the the better part of a day to complete but that included running gas and venting. We're looking at buying a new house and will use them for an install.
