Kuzak Roofing

Roof looks good and does not seem to leak but we have had little rain;: however, the workman destroyed my Tv antenna, the master bathroom vent does not vent and the workman damaged the paint on my car. I did a work around on the Tv antenna but I can't get the fender on my car repainted as it is to old of a car. I offered to over look the Tv antenna if Kuzak roofing would take down the damaged one.

They agreed. I will over look the damage to my car but I must have the bathroom vent fixed. Despite numerous calls to them and promises to fix the problems, nothing has been done. Malissa came right after city roof inspection to collect the final payment. I am so disappointed in their service. I hope things can get resolved soon.

I scheduled with them twice last year, and they never showed up. No one reached out to reschedule after the first, so I contacted them, was apologized to, then got the rescheduled date (no time, but that seems normal for businesses here), only to have no one show again. I even filled out their contact form months later (2 months ago now), and no one ever reached out.

I would highly recommend Kuzak Roof Maintenance for any spot repair work needed. They had the job completed in one day, they fixed all the leaks, replaced the wood that was bad and matched my shingles perfectly. I was very happy with their work, they were very professional and the price was exactly what was quoted, no extra fee's. If I ever need to replace my roof, this is the company I will call.

Critical: Responsiveness I hired Frank to repair the roof on my garage. He sent out his repair guy and he removed and replaced the shingles on the WRONG side of garage roof. He made it sound like it was no big deal and now a week later he has not come back over to fix my roof or repair the correct side. Not a happy customer Service: Roof repair

Had roof installed by Kuzak. Was very reasonbly priced. After lots of rain noticed a very small leak. Owner came back for a small repair very quickly. If possible, will have Kuzak do all my roof work.

I had 4 roof bids and I chose Kuzak Roofing because 1) They were on time and kept the bidding appointment, 2) Frank Zuzak was professional, kind and a Christian. That was very important to me. He listened to what I wanted and then offered his suggestions. Once the permit was obtained, his company started the work immediately. The first day, the crew came and removed all the old roofing and applied the tarp.

Once the permit was signed to continue, they had the roof completed. Everything was cleaned up spotless. No trash or nails left anywhere. My roof looks great. I highly recommend this company. Amazing in all aspects of the process. The removal and installation of the new roof was handled quickly and professionally. The work crew that arrived was friendly, efficient and I'm very thankful for their cleanup efforts that left my home clear of debris. They were absolutely delightful. Great company! Really worked well with me. True to their estimate. Only issue is they said they would paint any would they replace and they did not. Other than that I would highly recommend.

I had a roof replacement performed by this company. I had a small leak on a pipe boot after completion (not companies fault but a disgruntled employee). However, Frank sent out his workers to repair the leak the very next day. Frank was responsive and I haven't had an issue since that. I would recommend his company and use his company again.

I selected Kuzak based on reviews and my experience with their estimator and office staff. It wad an excellent choice. We needed a new roof after the hurricane. They came as scheduled, work crews were professional and well trained. Outstanding work start to finish. I can recommend them very highly.

I was very pleased with the work performed by Kuzak Roofing on my leaky roof. Being a General Contractor for a number of years myself I appreciated the excellent workmanship and attention to detail that the average person might not have seen. Bill and Jim brought to my attention a problem with my fireplace chase that could have been ignored or covered up by other roofing companies.

Because of Bill and Jim's desire to go beyond just doing a good job they saved me a lot of money and future repairs on the fireplace chase. Workmanship was excellent! Work was performed in a timely and prompt fashion! Cleanup was very impressive! The desire to achieve customer satisfaction was outstanding! ADDITIONAL COMMENT: After a hurricane, you cannot find a roofer that will work on a small roof repair job because they spend all their time on the big high dollar jobs and ignore the smaller repair jobs.

The small repairs are just as important to the individual with a leaky roof as the person who needs a whole roof replaced. That was NOT the case with Kuzak Roofing! After contacting Frank the owner, the job was completed the next week. Roofers apparently fail to recognize their customers have long memories and we don't forget how we have been treated and ignored when we ask a company to come and help us repair our roof!
