Services
At BestBuyWalkinTubs, we know how important safety is for you or your loved one. That's why we designed our tubs to have as many safety features as possible so our customers will feel right at home in one of our tubs. Our easy-access door has a low step-in threshold for those with mobility issues. Our door is lightweight and easy to open & shut.
We are proud to offer a beautiful collection of low profile walk-in showers. We have installed many of these showers across the state of Texas. These showers look and feel like granite. No grout reduces the possibility of leaks and makes for an easier cleaning experience. All of our products are extremely durable and come with a free lifetime warranty.
I can't begin to tell you how happy my husband and I are with our new walk in tub. Though at first I didn't feel we were "old enough" to need a walk in tub I realized there are far more benefits than just not having to step in and out of a standard tub. In recent years a couple of accidents landed us with ankle or knee injuries.

We had wanted a walk in tub for many years, but cost prohibited us from doing this. A friend of ours posted on Facebook he had gotten a walkin tub for his wife. He referred us to Best Buy Walkin Tubs in Granbury and are very thankful he did. Brian came to our house and did a professional presentation, and when he showed us the price we were SOLD. In less than 3 weeks Curtis and Mike installed our tub and had to do some remodeling, all included in our price. Curtis and Mike did a beautiful job installing and only took 2 days!

That isn't very long for all they had to do. I've posted pictures to show our new tub and perfectly it fits into our bathroom. They are such a great company and you can't beat their lifetime warranty.

Went down to the store and the lady was very helpful. She waked me threw the show room and showed me some back stock models since I was looking more custom and then let me know they can meet me any time out side of business hours to fit my needs. I really appreciated the extra mile they were willing to go.

We love everything about our walkin tub! The installation was as fast as promised. It was very professional and very clean as each phase. The tub fills a little longer than an ordinary tub but our 30 gallon hot water tank handles it well and the wait is well worth it. We set the jets hard like we want them and they are very, very relaxing on back, calves and feet.

The water coming out of the jets is warm and keeps the water in the tub very comfortably hot. It is easy to change to a refreshing shower with no leaks. The water drains quickly and cleanup is quick with dish detergent on a sponge. We fee this tub is well worth our investment. We will enjoy it for years to come.

Called Best Buy Walk In Tubs and Jacuzzi. Both showed up the same afternoon an hour apart. Jacuzzi quote was $6,000 more than the Best Buy Walk In Tub. My wife and I sat at our dining room table and asked our questions. Measurements were taken for 2 walk in showers and one walk in tub. Jacuzzi is manufactured in south Chicago and Best Buy is made in Grandbury Texas.

The Onyz Shower Panels are manufactured in Belvue KS and shipped to Grandbury including the Onyx shower bases. Roddy Hinkle did the install. He asked us what time we wanted him to start the job on the first day. We liked 9:00am so Rod was able to stop by and pickup the tub and shower panels each morning. He had to remove three doors including the door frames just to be able to get the tub into the master bath on the first floor.

He removed the old tub and shower and began the installations. He worked from 9 am until 5, 6, 7, and probably 8pm each day and during rain events he did not stop cutting 2/4 studs and Onyx panels. He had rolls of paper to roll out over the new floor covering we had just installed. Rod told me he works best alone but I have always watched others at work to learn from the experts.

We had already pulled wiring and plumbing into the area as we built our home in 1987 to prepare for this upgrade to walk in tub and showers. Rod did not have to but he helped me install an additional 45 gallon water heater on the other side of the bathroom wall and helped me complete the plumbing and wiring to the tubs and showers. Roddy had to cut out a section of the plywood subflooring to run the tub drain to the existing 2 inch PVC pipe under the peer and beam foundation.

I was able to simply drill holes thru the bottom plate of the wall to run electrical power from a new load Center I had installed to power the new water heater and the 20 amp ground fault circuit to the Tub. Roddy made the Pex plumbing connections to the existing copper lines in the walls so we did not have to spend anytime under the house in the crawl space.

The entire time I picked the Rod's brain as to what we could do to make the installation first class. I purchased fiberglass 4x8 sheets from Home Depot and Titebond Fast Grab FRP adhesive and a trowel with small triangle edges to apply to the sheet rock before carefully placing the panels against the wall. We used wet sponges to clean the adhesive off the front and edges of each panel before going cutting and installing the next of 5 panels. Roddy used one of the panels to enclose the Tub for a beautifully finished job.

We chose white textured panels with a very slight baby blue tent that matched perfectly to our existing Abatibi wall panels with little flower arrangements printed over the baby blue background on the panels that still looked great after 30 years on our master bath walls. We did not use liquid nails because as the years go by it cracks and does not continue to hold the panels in place against the sheetrock.

We cannot say enough to express our gratitude to all the employees at Best Buy Tubs for all they have done to become our friends and make our home safer and more beautiful. Respectfully. Ron

From start to finish this company is wonderful. Our Salesman Brian Daugherty spent so much time with us helping us to pick out the Onyx Shower and sink tops, to be sure we would be happy with our choice. He responded immediately to any phone calls or questions. The Onyx shower and sinks is a top notch product that lives up to its reputation. Highly recommend this product.

Our installer Roddy was amazing! He was so respectful of our house and garage. He cleaned up after himself daily. His installation is perfection! Would definitely request him fir any other purchases.

I am a Disable Veteran who needs a walk in tube. The VA help me finance the tube in which they paid the majority of the price. About a year later I started having problems with the tube do to cheap parts. I called Best Buy Walk in tubes several time and asked could the send someone to take a look and fix the problem. They responds were the matter will be forwarded to the maintenance department and someone will be in contact with you.

The many times I called I got the same results. I I went to the VA and reported the issues that I am having with this company. Come to find out that the VA no longer use Best Buy tubes do to Veterans complaint.
