Theirs return policy is a joke. They will take it free after 10 days.

This is a busy place who apparently order lots of drywall, but we've been told they ticket drivers who sit in the road, so u have to make sure other drivers pull up & not leave gaps so u can't get in! Some drivers aren't courteous to others & the receiver is not helping to direct guys to pull up like they should. They r pretty quick to unload for such a busy place though!

Worst place. bought them almost $20,000 worth material, then they give me WRONG fire code caulk. SUPPOSE TO BE RED (Idiot). Ask for return they ran out of red caulk, as for return they said no. ( after three weeks). Asked to talk manager he alway busy in meeting ask for him phone number or email to contact him they said NO. Then Sale person JENIFER hang up on me.

What kinf service is that did not care to help customer and just hang up the phone. Felt like big scammer supply place one you paid walk out the door they do not want to give you return or exchange. By the way their sheet rock 5/8 4x10 fire sheet rock almost $16 much higher then home depot only $9.7. F.ki. ripp off place and VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Delivered drywall. Fairly fast unloading. But expect to be there a few hours just do to the large number of inbound trucks. Got there at 1030. Had 5 ahead of me and 4 behind me when I got unloaded. Better than most at handling that volume.

Great Customer Service! I called in to place in order as they had it ready ASAP. The Sales staff answered all my questions, and provided me with details so I wouldn't buy the wrong thing. The loading staff was quick and great at unloading and loading. If you are looking for Home Insulation, they have really good affordable prices. Josh helped me with my order.

We ordered a set of unique island acoustic tiles from Will. He quickly processed the order. Despite some hiccups that resulted in delivery of incorrectly sized panels, Will worked to quickly resolve the issue. We also experienced challenges with obtaining the correct hooks to hang the panels. Again, Will quickly resolved the issue. Laura at the front desk has also been especially responsive.

I must admit that I had multiple moments of frustration based on the above issues. However, in each instance Will and Laura worked hard to turn the situation around. They definitely underdtand what it means to earn your business.

Action Gypsum Supply is the perfect construction material supplier!. We needed some special mold resistant boards for a house project and they came through for us on the specs, time, quality and price every time. They are amazing, excellent customer service, absolutely fantastic supply and well priced. They are the best in town by far (I checked every supplier for that particular product, nobody had it and if they did was at a much higher price and not in stock). We will be using them for every project going forward and will be recommending them to every one we know.
