Divine Doors & Trim

We ordered our Therma Tru front door in October of 2020. Ed was knowledgeable about the products and was able to show us on the computer what the door would look like on our house. We had an odd-sized door, but his measurements were perfect. Because of factory shutdowns during Covid, the door did not arrive until spring. The mill caps were missing.

That was another delay. When installed, we immediately noticed that both sidelights had very small scratches on them. We finally had the sidelights replaced by a very competent workman in the summer of 2021. Subsequently, the initial installer returned to take off some of the caulk left from our old door. We are very happy with our door. It is heavy duty. Ed and Chris were nice to work with. It just took a long time to make corrections. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.

Tom, Steve, Derrick and Chris at Divine Doors were all amazing. They helped me choose the right window for my needs, were incredibly flexible with my crazy time schedule and did a marvelous job installing. Would definitely use them again!

Very friendly and courteous. Also gave very helpful design tips. Order to delivery time was long but that was a supplier issue. They did keep us abreast of order status, however.

Devine Doors was extremely helpful in the selection process. No pushing just suggestions and examples of other installations. The installer was prompt and courteous as well as efficient. There was barely any clean up needed after he left. I highly recommend Devine Doors and Trim.

There were some significant delays with installation given supply chain issues, but this was communicated to us on a regular basis. We'd recommend!

Have used this company for our door needs several times. Low pressure sales, friendly attitudes, great service, and lots of integrity are the reasons they have kept my business. Even when there was a major problem with one of the products at the manufacturing end, Divine Doors and Trim were responsive, kept me in the loop of communication, and prompt to try and correct the issues and prompt in replacing the product when the corrections didn't work.

Divine Doors was great to work with. We purchased a new front door that gets lots of compliments. We also had a last minute change in the design and Karen made a special call and got it done for us.

I had a door replaced in the past by a different company and I was unhappy with the installation. Well, not the case with Divine their workmanship and supplier products are of the highest quality. I had an 8' door wall that needed to be replaced. I contacted Divine Doors for a quote. They gave me options that were available in that opening size, so I selected one with a wood casement interior. The replacement was done with perfection.

Divine Doors & Trim did a fantastic job with our doors. They were professional, reasonable in price and cost and had a large variety of options and selections. I went to several different custom door businesses and Divine had a larger and better variety of custom door options at a much more competitive cost. It only took approx 6wks for our doors to come in as well.

From start to finish everything went very smooth and they kept us in the loop through the entire process. The installers did a great job as well and I am confident in the work they did. I would definitely recommend Divine Doors and trim.

We worked with Steve and Karen on finding the perfect new front door. We had looked at the big box stores and were not happy with the service or products. Ordered was as requested and on time Disappointed with our pick-up experience - the man that loaded our truck was in such a hurry that he smashed one of the long boards into our pick-up cap slider window, which shattered instantly. He then blamed my husband and myself. Originally based on this experience we were never planning to do business with this place again nor recommend them. However, the owner did contact me and apologize for what happened. He also reimbursed us for the window that we had to replace and provided us with a coupon for a future order.

They sell a high quality clear coat to apply to your exterior doors every couple to few years. Very good customer service and explanation of product application.

We were looking to replace our front entry door, and stopped in Divine Doors to look at our options and to get a quote. We spent quite a bit of time with Steve initially, and later with Ed on additional days we stopped in or called. Everyone was very patient and helpful in our search for the perfect door and hardware we wanted, and we made a final decision to purchase and have installed.

On installation day, the installation want flawless, and the installer was polite and efficient. Several weeks after the installation, we contacted Ed again, to purchase a Phanton screen for our front entry. Again, Ed had someone come out to measure, and the screen was eventually installed a few weeks later. We could not be happier with their service, and we are very pleased with our new front door, which we hope will give us many years of enjoyment.
