We received an estimate in August. He told us he would not be able to start until September, we accepted this. I called in September and he told us it would have to be the middle of October, I asked if this was a firm date and he said yes. I called on the 10th of October and he told me I should get some one else. Unbelievable!

I had an appointment with Don. He was late for the appointment and when I called the company, he answered and said that he was on the job. When he asked if I wanted to meet with him, I was unsure as he did not call me to reschedule or let me know that he would be late. He ended up telling me, well let's forget about it, we cannot do business. Unfortunately, these companies cannot be responsible enough to keep their appointments and notify a potential customer if they are not on time. Not a good sign before things even begin.
