Q: Who is responsible for moving the furniture before you arrive to our home to refinish our wood floors? A: We usually prefer to have the rooms empty of all furniture but if there are larger pieces we are more then happy to assist the home owners. Q: Do you the owner do the actual work or do you use subcontractors to do the jobs for you?

Although our original date to have the work done had to be pushed back a week due to a major snowstorm, Richard rescheduled and did a great job restoring five rooms, hallways and closet floors. The floors were in relatively poor condition, but after the restoration, they looked like a newly installed flooring.

My husband and I just bought our first house and Richard refinished all the wood floors. He was one of three wood floor companies I had come give me a quote, and he was the nicest, and most honest of the three. He was NOT the least expensive. I mention that because I think it's important, we spent a little more money but we got excellent service. His crew were hardworking, and all very professional. And, most importantly, our floors look brand new. You would never know they were 40 years old. We hope to live in this house forever, but if we ever need wood floors done again we will call Richard first.
